- EverythingFinds any file on the PC by its name, instantly.
PC Master Race shows Everything’s own web search, which answers on this PC only, inside this tool box while Everything runs; the age of its index; the twelve biggest files through es.exe. File Master keeps using Everything for finding files (a tool can sit on several pets, Astra, 2026-11-03).
works today
- ES (Everything’s command line)Everything’s command line: asks Everything for files from a script.
Everything’s command line: PC Master Race asks it for the biggest files while Everything runs.
works today · its own page is not linked on the System Map yet
- SpaceSnifferShows what fills each disk, as a map of boxes.
PC Master Race shows each drive’s size, free space and how full it is, from Windows. SpaceSniffer has no quiet export, so its map of boxes stays in its own window. File Master keeps it too.
works today
- WizTreeShows what fills a drive, biggest first, in seconds.
PC Master Race shows WizTree’s own CSV export of her user folder, one level deep and without administrator (/admin=0), every hour.
works today
- USBDeviewLists every USB device on the PC with its hub and port.
PC Master Race shows USBDeview’s own hidden CSV export, plugged-in devices first. Rift Rabbit’s dongle map runs the same program.
works today
- CPU-ZShows your CPU, its caches, your memory and motherboard in detail.
PC Master Race shows Windows’ own numbers for the parts CPU-Z reports (CPU-Z asks for administrator each time, so its full report stays in its window), with a note when memory runs below the speed its part number names.
works today
- HWiNFO64Every sensor in the PC: temperatures, clocks, voltages and fans, plus a full parts list.
PC Master Race shows whether HWiNFO64 is on the PC, its version and whether it runs. Its sensors stay in its own window; feeding them here from its sensor log is not built.
works today
- CrystalDiskInfoReads each drive’s SMART health: hours on, temperature, wear, warnings.
PC Master Race shows each drive’s health, kind and connection from Windows’ own check; CrystalDiskInfo reads every SMART number in its own window, with administrator.
works today
- LatencyMonFinds the driver behind audio crackle or VR stutter.
- Process ExplorerTask Manager with x-ray vision: the process tree, what each program has open, a VirusTotal check.
PC Master Race shows the twelve programs using the most memory, from Windows. Process Explorer’s tree, handles and VirusTotal check stay in its window; stopping programs stays Kernel Koala’s job.
works today
- AutorunsEverything that starts with Windows, from every place it can start.
PC Master Race shows autorunsc’s CSV (sign-in and scheduled tasks, Microsoft’s own hidden), once Astra has accepted the Sysinternals license herself. Switching items off stays with Kernel Grove’s startup switch.
works today
- Process MonitorRecords every file and registry touch, live.
PC Master Race shows whether Process Monitor is on the PC and its version; recording needs administrator, so it runs only when Astra starts it.
works today
- RAMMapShows where every page of memory goes.
PC Master Race shows memory in use and the biggest users, from Windows; RAMMap’s page-by-page map needs administrator and stays in its window.
works today
- TCPViewWhich program is talking to which address, live.
PC Master Race shows tcpvcon’s CSV counted per program (talking, listening), once Astra has accepted the Sysinternals license herself. Packet Piranha owns how well the network works.
works today
- CoreinfoWhich cores share which cache, and what the CPU supports.
PC Master Race shows Coreinfo’s core and cache map, once Astra has accepted the Sysinternals license herself.
works today
- WinObjBrowses Windows’ own object namespace: devices, drivers, events.
PC Master Race shows whether WinObj is on the PC; it browses Windows’ object namespace in its own window, a companion to Windows Internals.
works today
- HandleShows which program has a file or folder open.
PC Master Race shows whether Handle is on the PC. It needs administrator, so an assistant runs it only with Astra’s OK; PowerToys’ File Locksmith does the same without.
works today
- SigcheckChecks a file’s digital signature and fingerprint.
PC Master Race shows every tool’s signature as Windows checks it, on every look; Sigcheck goes deeper when asked.
works today
- PowerToysMicrosoft’s extra Windows tools: File Locksmith, Peek, PowerRename, Command Palette and more.
PC Master Race shows which PowerToys tools are switched on and off, from PowerToys’ own settings.
works today
- wingetWindows’ package manager: installs programs and lists every update waiting.
PC Master Race shows winget’s list of updates waiting (winget source only), hourly. Nothing is updated from here: Patch Cat keeps programs patched, and an update waits for Astra’s OK.
works today
- WiresharkRecords network traffic so you can see every packet.
PC Master Race shows the adapters dumpcap -D lists. Recording happens only in Wireshark’s own window; Packet Piranha owns network checks.
works today
- Windows Performance RecorderWindows’ own deep recording of why the PC is slow.
PC Master Race shows whether wpr.exe is there; recording needs administrator, so it runs only when Astra asks.

pc-master-race-v1.0-learn-computer-organization-tool-v1.0A tool of PC Master Race (Astra, 2026-11-03): six steps from the transistor up (Code; Nand2Tetris; Ben Eater; Patterson and Hennessy; Computer Systems: A Programmer’s Perspective; Windows Internals), simulators to try, and the memory ladder filled in with her own CPU, caches, memory and drives. Astra: "I want to know more about computer organization." Ticks stay in this browser.

Should be: what each level may read (R), write (W) and run (X) on PC Master Race. Then whether that is in code:
✓ In code A test, setting or script makes it true, and the grant names that proof (its evidence).⚠︎ Rule only A rule agents agree to follow (AGENTS.md or a skill). Nothing stops someone who breaks it.○ Not built Designed, not built yet.
Who may use PC Master Race
L1Should beRWXa program or tool · its own folder⚠︎ Rule only
RWXItself: its own repo folder and its declared data folder⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: farm-security, section 2. Hub scripts refuse a path outside the pet's folder (scripts/animal-guard-20261013.mjs), but a pet's own program runs as you, so it could reach further.
Next (planned): The Police Station watches every write and every key use.
L1Should beRWXa program or tool · everything else⚠︎ Rule only
RWXKernel Koala (Kernel Grove: process-sweep, service-host-explainer, leftover-watch)⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: Kernel Grove reads through WMI, the IP Helper API and the registry, and writes only its own data folder (its farm event log, saved reports without command lines, its menu and mood files). Nothing enforces this: it runs as you. Asked for on 2026-10-21; Astra approves it by merging.
Next (planned): Iron Gates issues the grant; The Police Station watches that Kernel Grove writes only its own folder.
RWXInference Iguana (Benchmark Rock: gpu-watch, busy-watch)⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: Benchmark Rock reads Windows' GPU performance counters and DXGI, and writes only its own data folder (its farm event log, saved reports with names and numbers only, its menu and mood files); it never stops or changes a program, a driver or a card setting. Nothing enforces this: it runs as you. Asked for on 2026-10-23; Astra approves it by merging.
Next (planned): Iron Gates issues the grant; The Police Station watches that Benchmark Rock writes only its own folder.
RWXLog Lynx (Log Den: crash-catcher, windows-log-reader, heartbeat-checker)⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: Log Den’s own code only reads, and on a .NET crash window presses Details and nothing else (log-den-20261018.cs). It writes only its own data folder. Nothing enforces this: it runs as you. Asked for on 2026-10-18; Astra approves it by merging.
Next (planned): Iron Gates issues the grant; The Police Station watches that Log Den writes only its own folder.
RWXForensic Ferret (Evidence Locker: evidence-collector)⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: evidence-locker-20261018.cs reads and copies into its own cases folder only; it never changes or deletes what it investigates. Nothing enforces this: it runs as you. Asked for on 2026-10-18; Astra approves it by merging.

Written only: Only animals, and only on a claude/ or codex/ branch, never straight on main (AGENTS.md). Hub scripts check the animal part with scripts/animal-guard-20261013.mjs, on the pet’s own GitHub account (github_owner in pets.json); nothing checks the branch part.
Next (planned): Short-lived session keys from Iron Gates.

L1+L2+L3RWXIts own repo folder and its declared data folder⚠︎ Rule only

L1+L2RWXShared tools, other people's programs and devices⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: One copy of a shared tool, one owner; other pets get a grant: folders, R W X and limits (TOOLS-AND-TRICKS.md). Until Iron Gates is built, a pet asks Astra and the grant is written in both pets' connection boxes.
Next (planned): Iron Gates issues grants and Astra approves them.
L3RWXFarmhands (ring 4)⚠︎ Rule only
Written only: X on a farmhand means sending it a request and reading the answer. Nobody rewrites a model, and only Astra changes her local farmhands. Only farmhands on the allowlist get keys; today they are Astra's own API keys.
Next (planned): Short-lived keys from Iron Gates, shown in API Fairy's mushroom circle; local farmhands bound to this PC with a key.
More details
Each level has two rows: what it may do inside the pet program’s own folder, and everywhere else. A row shows the most that level is allowed there by any rule; open a row to see every rule behind it and its proof. The row’s mark is the least sure of those rules: one “Rule only” makes the whole row “Rule only”. These are the same rules as the System Map card and PROTECTION-RINGS.md, and the build refuses an “In code” mark that names no proof.
